Its a rehash of stories written and told over and over. Nothing new in this book, and worse, the author lets his bias be known at least once a page. As someone who works in this world, I can say that the book is accurate in how the different relationships often co-exist, but there is no objectivity from the author. He repeatedly lets you know if something was "good" or "bad" as a matter of fact when its just his opinion, or adds not-so-subtle suggestions to phrases, i.e, the "Iraq War" becomes the "Unnecessary Iraq War". Whether it was or wasn't necessary is irrelevant to the story yet the author does this all throughout the book. By choosing to write from a blatantly biased premise he damages the neutral ground needed for a reader to absorb what is being written and come to their own conclusion.
